Dr. Johannes Raabe, CMPC

FOUNDER & LEAD CONSULTANT

Dr. Johannes "Joe" Raabe is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Raabe Performance Consulting LLC. He earned his Ph.D. in Sport Psychology and Motor Behavior at the University of Tennessee.

 

Dr. Raabe is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant (CMPC) with the Association for Applied Sport Psychology, and has over a decade of experience working with leaders and performers across various business, sport (i.e., professional, NCAA Division I, II, and III, high school, elite youth), and military (e.g., United States Air Force B-52 pilots) settings.

Dr. Raabe is currently also an Assistant Professor at the University of North Georgia, and previously held faculty appointments at both West Virginia University and the Pennsylvania State University. For two years (2022-2024), he served in the roles of Chief Scientist, Operations Director, and Cognitive Performance Specialist for a Human Performance Optimization Initiative within the United States Air Force Global Strike Command. After the completion of his Ph.D., Dr. Raabe spent a year in a postdoctoral research and teaching position at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen in Germany where he was part of the scientific support of the German Soccer Association (Deutscher Fußball-Bund).

As a true scientist-practitioner, Dr. Raabe has over 50 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Tucker Readdy

CONSULTANT

Dr. Tucker Readdy is a Consultant for Raabe Performance Consulting LLC. He earned his Ph.D. in Exercise and Sport Science from Oregon State University.

 

Dr. Readdy has accumulated over 25 seasons providing mental performance consulting services to NCAA Division I coaches, athletes, and teams as well as extensive experience working with United States Air Force B-52 pilots.

Dr. Readdy currently also serves in the roles of Chief Scientist, Operations Director, and Cognitive Performance Specialist for a Human Performance Optimization Initiative within the United States Air Force Global Strike Command. Prior, he was an Associate Professor of Sport and Exercise Psychology at the University of Wyoming.

As a true scientist-practitioner, Dr. Readdy has over 30 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals.
