At Raabe Performance Consulting LLC, we offer One-on-One Sessions and Workshops for athletes, coaches, and organizations in any sport setting. Anything we do is custom-built to specifically meet the unique needs and requirements of your organization. Pricing is available upon request.

ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONS

Meet with a consultant in a one-on-one setting—in person or virtually—to maximize your potential as an athlete or coach.

MENTAL PERFORMANCE COACHING (FOR ATHLETES): Let us help you be more optimally prepared to perform at your best on a consistent basis and, in particular, in pressure moments by mastering important mental skills. Common examples of the challenges systematic mental performance coaching can help you overcome are lack of confidence, inadequate focus, or performance anxiety.
 

LEADERSHIP COACHING (FOR COACHES): Let us help you master both the science and art of effective leadership to become the most competent AND confident coach you can be. These sessions are designed to allow you to develop a high level of proficiency in different interpersonal competencies, such as communication, motivation, or emotional intelligence. As the prominent psychologist Daniel Kahneman stated, "we are often confident when we are wrong, and an objective observer is more likely to detect out errors than we are." We want to help you in consider all different angles when managing your team so that important decisions are guided by helpful information rather than emotions and preconceived notions.

WORKSHOPS

These custom-built sessions are designed to help the members of your organization be the best athletes and/or coaches they can be. All workshops—which can be delivered in person or virtually—are tailored to specifically address the needs of your organization. Possible topics can include a wide variety of aspects related to:

MENTAL PERFORMANCE (develop confidence, focus, stress management, etc.) 

TEAM DYNAMICS (strengthen communication, trust, role clarity, etc.)

LEADERSHIP (learn to effectively motivate, communicate, resolve conflict, etc.)

In these workshops, athletes and/or coaches will learn and train practical skills that they can apply on a daily basis. Different group sizes can be accommodated.
